Background
We would like to use this process to remind you of the upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM) that will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, 15 September 2026, at 17:00 SAST (GMT+2). We had intended to send you a reminder as a follow-up to our previous mail in this regards, but there is a technical problem with ISOC Global's email sender, so we're using this facility instead.
The format will be online, and you will be able to join our live stream from the Internet Society South Africa Chapter YouTube channel at https://youtube.com/@Issac92
As per our previous email, we will be presenting the proposed changes to the chapter constitution.

Voting
Voting will open an hour before the start of the meeting at 16:00, but you will be able to vote until 18:30, so we would be glad if you'd join us for the broadcast stream. You will also be able to ask questions and leave comments in the chat of the live stream, which we will be monitoring throughout the meeting.
